From the moment you arrive, you'll be enchanted by the babbling sounds of the fountain and gardens sweeping around the house before descending to the river and Jetty. From the elevated veranda,enjoy river views with abundance of bird life. whilst eating breakfast or sipping wine, Security cameras cover car park and entry doors. The town centre is a 5 min walk.

Bush cottage retreat

Accommodation is a small cottage set in bushland, very comfortable and fully supplied with all essentials. The cottage is really only best for a couple, but if required a porta cot is available for a baby. Cooking facilities, frypan, microwave, air fryer, electric kettle, toaster and dish ware and cutlery supplied. T.V. and wifi available. In winter Pot Belly stove to keep you warm. Only 3 minutes drive to a beach. Ample parking for caravans. We don’t allow pets. We have 3 Golden Retrievers.

Serpentine-y Luxury Country Escape

Check in after 2pm. Check out by 10am. Unfortunately, no children. Serpentine-y is nestled in the picturesque and serene Serpentine hills. 1hr from Perth, this boutique equestrian farm is an ideal escape. The farm backs onto the Serpentine National Park and is a short walk from Serpentine Falls and Munda Biddi trails. The Little Wren Farm, Lake Clifton

The Little Wren Farm is close to the Forest Highway and about 30 minutes from Mandurah. It is set among Peppermint forests and Tuart trees and has a variety of birds from Black Cockatoos to the adorable little Blue Wren. The parrots come in to feed throughout the day and Kangaroos are often seen grazing a few meters from the homestead. The Little Wren Farm is good for couples and business travellers and is a peaceful, quiet little gem in the country. The sleeper couch can sleep 2 children.

Breathe in the trees , listen to the birdsongs, reconnect with nature & the elements. Take a mini break from the hustle & bustle with this unique and tranquil getaway. Ground yourself earthing out & stargazing. Visit the estuary for some crabbing, walks, surf fishing at Preston Beach or visit the local wineries. The cabin is off grid with a bio gas toilet & bidet. The experience is kinda like glamping as the cabin is rustic with some luxuries. No TV or wifi - a simple get away of less.

When you stay at Magnolia Cottage, Dwellingup you will find a Mid-Century cottage which retains its rustic charm but has been revitalized and extended with a huge kitchen, large outdoor covered entertainment area, renovated modern bathroom, and 2 toilets. Your baseline booking provides for 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 6. The 4th King Bedroom is available UPON REQUEST, for an additional booking fee, providing for up to 8 guests. Wood fire and electric blankets for cosy winter nights.

Our character cottage along side our home is yours to enjoy, close to the Estuary, just a 2 minute walk, where you will often see Dolphins. You’ll love our rustic cottage because the location is very peaceful with many trees & birdlife. Pushbikes available to use for a ride along the estuary front. Our place is good for couples and solo adventurers or anyone wanting a relaxing rustic break on the way south. Fully self contained, ideal long or short stays.
