Maine Lake Cabin

This rustic cabin has everything! Access to the lake, a complimentary canoe and gear is part of the deal. A boat slip can be arranged, there is access to ATV trails. It is also a perfect hunting cabin. There is running water, hot water, and electricity. The area is rustic, with excellent access, paved roads and nearby supplies. The cabin has a small refrigerator and a 10 gallon hot water tank as well as many small appliances.

Complete 2 bedroom 2 bath house with a porch that has a full size bed, and the dry basement also has a full size bed. Less than 100 yards from snowmobile and ATV trails! Located less than a mile from unorganized territory with excellent grouse, deer and moose hunting (WMD zone 6). Close to Conroy lake which offers brook trout fishing and now ice fishing. Spruce Street Retreat

Clean and cozy home in a quiet residential neighborhood, about 30 miles away from Baxter State Park. It's just a few blocks away from the snowmobile and atv trails and only a couple of miles off I-95. I cannot accept pets at this time, including service animals. I have an exemption for this because of my severe allergies to cats and dogs.
