The Superior View House is your quiet escape to the North Shore. Located just 1 mile from access to Lake Superior, 1/2 mile from the Superior Hiking Trail and 10 minutes from Grand Marais this entire home is an excellent place to set up for a long weekend exploring the Northwoods. The cozy fireplace and large airy living room make for comfortable ways to spend the evenings or days when the whether isn't cooperating, otherwise the three outdoor decks and wood fired sauna are the places to be.

This clean, modern, Scandinavian-feeling cabin, sleeps up to 5; 1 Queen, 1 pull out couch, 1 twin bed. We also have a full-sized washer and dryer for your clothes after a day of hiking or skiing. If you’d like an early check-in or a late check-out, simply ask as we can usually accommodate these requests.

The ridge top location has spectacular views through the trees - with lake views after the leaves drop. The property also boasts a fantastic wood fired cedar sauna - perfect for rejuvenating.

Take it easy at this unique and airy cottage style bedroom and ensuite bathroom with a private driveway and entrance. Located in the heart of Kakabeka Falls village. In walking distance to the provincial park and many amazing amenities in the village. The space offers a coffee maker, fridge, fireplace, free Wi-Fi and TV with cable. Weather permitting, there is a deck with small table and chairs to enjoy. For our cold winter nights an electrical cord and outlet is available.

Our Little House is located just 3 short miles from beautiful down town Grand Marais. There are several stores where you can purchase supplies, a number of fun shops to meander through, good food, great coffee friendly people and of course, Beautiful Lake Superior! There are several hiking, biking, skiing and snowmobile trails as well as lakes for fishing, canoeing and kayaking. We are only 20 mi from Lutsen, and 3 from the North House Folk School to visit or take in a class.
