The apartment is full-service, attached to the main house with a private entrance and private patio. It is located 9 miles east of Old Town Clovis. Our unit includes a bedroom, dining area, living room, and a complete kitchen with all the necessities for coffee, tea, and cooking. Internet is available through both Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection with cabling provided. The TV is 4K Active; HDR Smart TV, 43", true color accuracy with Ethernet connection to our internet.

We're a pleasant drive from many points of interest including Mount Charleston, Red Rock Canyon, Death Valley, Ash Meadows and much more! Enjoy a quiet evening watching a movie on Netflix or visit one of the local casinos for fun and excitement. Nighttime view of the desert sky is breathtaking. Enjoy! Quiet wooded location one mile to highway 41, restaurants and grocery stores. Drive carefully entering our neighborhood because wild turkeys and deer also call it home. We are located 20 minutes from Yosemite National Park's southern gate. Perfect size for a couple or a couple with one child.

Enjoy staying downtown, where you can access all of the conveniences of town, and also have views of open space, including horses grazing, right out the front door.
