Relax at this peaceful, recently renovated home with original hardwood floors and front porch swing. It’s located on an acre of beautiful flowering plants and fruit trees. Our cozy cottage is only two blocks from the Apalachicola Bay and two miles from downtown Apalachicola for shopping and restaurants. We are centrally located between St George Island and CSB just a short drive from fishing and sightseeing adventures. There is a $100.00 dog fee with a two dogs max (no cats.)

Point Break- Take a break at the Point

Nested 2 blocks from Apalachicola Bay, 10 minutes from the Apalachicola River and 10 minutes from St George island, our cozy cottage is a new build that has all of the comforts of home. Four adults can stay comfortably with 2 very comfortable beds and 1 bathroom. We also have a fold out cot perfect size for a child. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac and is a short driving distance from fishing, hunting, shopping and sight- seeing adventures.

This recently renovated 1B/1B cottage is centrally located between St George Island and Apalachicola. Up to 4 guests can be accommodated, with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. A smart TV is in the living room & wireless internet is available. In the Kitchenette you will find a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge and small sink. (This house does NOT have a stove) A propane grill is just outside the screened in porch. You can grill and enjoy a beautiful water view.

This peaceful retreat is a 3 bedroom/2 bath home located in a quiet residential neighborhood with beautiful views of the Apalachicola Bay. Enjoy watching the squirrels play & birds chirping from the back deck.
