A charming, stylish 20’ yurt in the woods on our small, off-the-grid goat farm! If you are looking to get away from it all (and still be close to SO much) - this is the place for you! Enjoy a nap in the hammock, s’mores around a campfire, a great night’s sleep under the stars, a country breakfast delivered to your door - and goats! Take a walk in the woods...enjoy the artistic landscaping...try goat yoga! Or, experience some of the area’s AMAZING food, beverages, shopping, and attractions!

Retreat to a safe and private country road south of the Adirondack park and 15 minutes to downtown Saratoga Springs. Walk out basement apartment, located on 8 acres of property, with private entrance and garage parking. Queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa. Kitchen, complete with all amenities. WiFi with smart TV and electric fireplace. We are a family of four, along with our dog Molly, living above the apartment. Although we do our best to be quiet, you will hear us from time to time.

Camp Kimball is situated directly on the Great Sacandaga Lake offering all the comforts of home. Enjoy the beautiful view of the lake from the deck with sunsets beyond compare. Private dock for swimming or access with your kayak. Association beach is a short walk from the cabin. Close to Lake George and Saratoga Springs, as well as hiking, skiing, fishing, historic sites, snowmobiling and so much more. Enjoy sitting on the deck, by the lake or in front of a cozy fire in the provided firepit.

On The River

This is the place for a wonderful, relaxing retreat. You’ll be pleasantly surprised when you open the door to your stay. It’s beautiful Adirondack decor is very welcoming and you will be very impressed with the sparkling cleanliness of this stay. Relax and enjoy all the comforts of home with WIFI, ATT and Verizon cell service. We have a full house generator, mini split for air conditioning, deck area, a grill, and an area with a fire pit all with the river and mountain view’s. Boat parking!

***Guests must walk 420ft from the parking spot through the woods to reach the RV. There is a cart / sled for you to use. *In WINTER* The main trail will not be plowed. You must snow shoe or sled through the woods. Private, year-round, 4 person Hot tub! 420 Friendly! There may be beer in the fridge. We are a newly renovated 380 sq foot tiny home located near all the Adirondack’s has to offer. 🦉 Enjoy all modern amenities while embracing days full of nearby nature and exploring. Plenty of hiking, activities, and restaurants within a 10-30 minute drive. Come back after a long day to watch movies, grill dinner, and enjoy time in our large private backyard or screened in porch. *NOTE. We are located on a walkable residential street, location is not remote*

Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.
