It is the perfect home base for your day trips to Yellowstone, the Teton Valley, Jackson Hole, Yellowstone Safari Park (1 min Away), Bear World, the St. Anthony Sand Dunes, or visiting BYU-Idaho.

You can head to the dunes 5 minutes from the house via Egin Lake access, ride 100s of off road trail miles to Island Park, or a day trip to Yellowstone National Park! We built this 5 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home as if it was our residence, with new central air conditioning w/UV filter, top quality furnishings, beds, linens, towels, Weber BBQ, dual fridges, custom cabinets and new appliances. Welcome to our home! We are in a great location for those looking to travel to Yellowstone National Park, St. Anthony Sand Dunes, Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and Grand Teton. We are an hour and a half from Yellowstone National Park and Jackson Hole! This is a newer home just off Hwy 20. We are located 4 miles from BYU Idaho, and within 2 miles from Walmart and plenty of eating establishments. This is a pretty little quiet, safe neighborhood and we feel confident you’ll love your stay!

Nestled equal distance from Yellowstone and Jackson Hole, you won’t find a better stop for your travel plans. In the summer, enjoy the world-famous St. Anthony Sand Dunes, Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks or use it as one stop on your motorcycle ride over the breathtaking Beartooth Pass to or from Red Lodge. In the winter, alpine ski destinations like Kelly Canyon and Grand Targhee are within an hours drive, and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is not much farther.

Welcome to Bev's place, where you can enjoy a great night stay in a wonderful location just 10 minutes away from BYU Idaho, 1 hour and 20 minutes to Yellowstone and 15 minutes away from the St. Anthony sand dunes. You will enjoy a country living feel in this spacious two story home located just north of Rexburg. With parking available on site you can bring your toys and enjoy recreating in the beautiful surrounding areas that South East Idaho has to offer.

This is a Wonderful House for a Family visiting The Saint Anthony Sand Dunes; their student at BYUI; Traveling to Yellowstone, or Island Park. It is a Great area to Explore. We are located just 8 miles from Rexburg and a few Miles from the Sand Dunes. You will have a nice view of a farmers field and the Idaho Sunsets. You will be located in a wonderful Country Community. There are neighbors on both sides, but a nice view looking out.
