Beach getaway right on the beach, with great surfing, restaurants and great beach bars (and only 45 minutes from San Salvador). It has an amazing view, great location, awesome local and expat community, great spots to hang outside of the house, a big patio/gazebo by the pool, multiple hammocks, soothing wave sound and sea breeze, gorgeous tropical light, and the best surfing in the country. New AC installed in Oct. 2023. New refrigerator 2021+ stove 2025. Pool is beautifully redone, April 2024.

It has direct access to the private beach.

From the garden, you step directly onto the beach. Ivy Marey is a private beachfront villa with an infinity pool, balconies, and large windows that offer stunning ocean views from every level. Located in Playa Shalpa, Surf City, within a gated community surrounded by tropical forest, it offers privacy and direct access to a semi-private volcanic sand beach. Very close to El Zonte, El Sunzal, and El Tunco, it is an ideal retreat to relax, disconnect, and enjoy life by the ocean.

This is our family beach house, it is beachfront with amazing ocean-views surrounded by palm trees. Its thatched roof out of palm leafs gives it a tropical flair. The main house is round-shaped with foldable sliding doors & windows (feel free to ask our caretaker to close them for you at night/open in the morning). The pool is very big and has a deep and a shallow area suitable for children. The third bedroom is located in a third, new area next to the pool with ocean view.
