Our lovely Victorian terraced house has an eat-in kitchen, family bathroom, downstairs toilet & two living rooms (one is reserved for guests' exclusive use after 7pm), plus garden with patio. The room is a large, garden-facing double with a very comfortable mattress. Guests share the communal spaces with myself, my husband and our three young sons (aged 18 months, 4 and 7).
