Cozy bungalow in great location

The property itself is a charming detached 2-bedroom bungalow with front and back gardens. We can comfortably accommodate 6 guests (as there is a sofa bed in the lounge). The property is nestled on a lovely street in a rural village called Cuffley in Hertfordshire. There are some impressive restaurants and cafes in Cuffley itself within a few minutes’ walk and a pub, the Plough, at the top of the road running behind the property. If, however, London is more your style, it is only 30mins away.

Cinemas abound both places as do Restraurants . Highgate /Hampstead close by. Accommodation is reception room with dining area , kitchenette. Double bedroom. Sofa Bed. Sky tv, Netflix provided Note. My Cosy annex in lovely Sawbridgeworth nr stansted

Ideal for a short stay or a longer break in the lovely picturesque town of Sawbridgeworth, with railway links to London and Cambridge in 40 minutes. Trains also to Stansted Airport in 20 minutes. 10 minute walk in to Sawbridgeworth, where there are several great pubs & restaurants, and to the train station and bus stops. The beautiful river Stort is a 2 minute walk away. Nearby is Hatfield Forest, the Henry Moore foundation and Audley end house. Free parking available. NO CLEANING FEE ADDED!

1 Bedroom self contained flat with a separate entrance from the main house. Newly refurbished October 2017 with all contents brand new. Fully fitted kitchen with all appliances; hob, oven, washing machine, dryer, microwave and fridge freezer. Large shower, toilet and basin. 1 double bed, 1 two seater sofa which also can fold down to a single bed. TV with Freeview mounted onto wall. A table/desk for dining and can be used as a work desk. 1 DBL Bed Annex + DBL Sofa Bed + Kitchen + Parking

Our annex has a double bedroom (downstairs), with en-suite shower room, kitchen and parking for 1 car. Upstairs is the lounge/kitchen area, which has an L-shape sofa that is also a (small) double bed. The bedding for the sofa bed is in small cupboard behind the lounge door. We’re in a great location for lovely walks as we are close to Cuffley and Broxbourne woods and the River Lea. Additionally, we are close to London (20 mins from Cheshunt or 40 mins from Cuffley to Kings X).

Garden cabin

Cabin is at the back of our garden - all for yourselves ;-)) Location is ideal for RVC or FILM INDUSTRY ROLES On the warm days you can enjoy the water fountain, pond and our friendly dog & cats The access is via our house where you can meet myself, my kids, my friends or our other guests staying in the main house ;-)) It does have a nano kitchenette /it is very basic - not suitable for proper cooking ;-)) No smoking indoors You can smoke outside Free parking nearby
