Our space is a large studio apartment with a full size kitchen, washer and dryer for your private use. ** Please note that above the apartment is the hosts kitchen area. With a family of 7 living in the house there can be a fair amount of foot traffic and noise.** Approx. 15 min. from SLC airport, 37 min.Snowbird, 27 min. to downtown Salt Lake. This rental requires that tenants can safely get down stairs.

Cozy Country Suite

Cozy Country Suite is similar to a large motel room since the bed and seating are all in one room. Along with a coffee bar, mini fridge, and microwave. It is attached to the main house although we do not share a common wall so it is very quiet. There is a private patio and entrance. 5 min to Tooele City, 7 min to Utah Motorsports Campus (UMC), 32 minutes to Salt Lake City, 25 to Airport. Parking is in front in the circle driveway making a short walk to the entrance.

Also close to numerous trails for walking, hiking, biking and running! No Smoking Allowed anywhere on the property! No Smokers as the residue still ends up in our home.

Original Sheep Camp from a local historic farm. The camper is 80 sq ft & 5’11” and is a comfortable, cozy, and an amazingly functional VERY SMALL space. Authentic farm living for the adventurous, able bodied, budget minded traveler(s). Dogs welcome!! Has heat & air conditioning.
