Cottage is behind main historic Farmhouse which was built in 1869. It is separate with its own parking. This property has been in our family for 100 years. A rustic homestead, built in 1860, set in a beautiful vineyard and farm. A very simple dwelling, with old and antique furnishings. It does have electric lights and a small bathroom with a shower, but that is about the last modernization this old homestead has seen in the last 160 years. If you are looking for a quiet get-away with no kitchen and no TV, where you can listen to the birds sing and squirrels play on the roof, then this is the place for you.

The farm is 40 acres which includes two acres of organic vegetables. There are chickens, sheep, cows, goats and one pig. Most weekends you can enjoy watching the skydivers across the road at the Yolo County Airport. Spring, Summer & Fall weekends, the farm brewery may be open too!

South Woodland 3 Bdrm Charmer, close to UCD

Three bedroom house that comfortably sleeps 6, could fit in 10. We are in south woodland, a quick 15 min drive to Davis, 15 min drive to Sacramento Airport and only 0.4 miles to Woodland Memorial Hospital. No carpet at the house, just a couple of removable rugs for those who may be concerned with dust We have a spacious yard with a pergola and a gas BBQ. Absolutely no parties or loud gatherings.
