This unique place has a style all its own. It’s a quint townhouse located in the heart of Estepona’s beautiful old town. The house has been renovated but still does have some old features. There’s a livingroom/dining/kitchen downstairs, a double bedroom on the 1st floor and a single bedroom on the 2nd floor, from there you access the roof terraces. The is a shower and toilet on the 1st floor. The are stairs between each floor, including roof terraces/solarium. There’s also a sofa bed in lounge.

It blends an open plan design with traditional Andalusian features such as 19th century hand painted tiles and terracotta floor tiles. There’s a lounge/dining room with wood stove, sofa, armchair, desk, table and chairs. A romantic alcove has a comfy full double bed, with plenty of shelving.

Restaurants, supermarket, golf courses, gym and beach within walking distance. In case of rain/storm, community has the right to close the pool, not heated during Jan-feb months.

Sunny, with easy access and quiet area, fireplace, parking, games room, mini pool, gym, Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, located 15 minutes from the center of Malaga, beaches and airport, direct entrance to the Technology Park. Ideal for couples, families or workers, but not for party or farewells, there is a limitation due to noise. Their spaces are private. We speak Spanish/Inglish :-))
