This large 14X20 room plus bathroom is for non-smoking guests. Windows with wooded views and a private entrance. Also a queen size Tempur-pedic mattress, WiFi, microwave oven (behind a cabinet door), electric tea kettle, toaster oven, Keurig, refrigerator, hot plate, bar sink, large TV (with over 250 channels), DVD player, and off street parking. Nothing high-end here (except the mattress) but very comfy, clean, and private. Also the bathroom has it's own on-demand water heater (not shared).

This is your own apartment during the stay and only shared area is the outside hallway and entry doors. The entire building is non smoking and no pets due to severe allergies. There is no smoking of any kind. Parking is parking on 6th and L st.

We are a family of 2 in the main house on the property and we will not disturb you unless requested. There are 2 separate private entrances and a code key holder prevents entry.
