Convenient Barndominium Hideaway

Newly remodeled Barndominium nestled on acreage in Cave Springs. Features large deck and patio that backs up to a large wooded lot. All of this is less than 3 miles from a plethora of upscale shopping and dining establishments, Walmart Amp, Top Golf, Rogers Convention Center and the Pinnacle shopping area all under 5 minutes away. XNA airport and Osage house are under 7 miles and downtown Bentonville under 8. We live on the same property in a separate house, that is not facing the Barndominium.

The Hideaway

Be ready to relax in this calm, stylish space. Located just minutes from historic downtown Eureka Springs, this quiet and newly renovated hideaway is a perfect place for a getaway, with beautiful views and visiting wildlife. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, TV, a workspace, and bathroom with tub/shower combo. Second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The outdoor space has a fire pit, covered back patio with bbq grill and patio furniture. Large garage space available for an additional fee.

Gadd Park Suite- 2 guests, king bed

The Park Suite is a great home base near downtown. It includes a king bed, kitchenette, wifi, flat screen tv, and outdoor deck. The Suite has a private entrance with designated off street parking. Common areas include the garden and our (Grotto) where you can see Gadd spring, one of the areas many natural springs. It’s a short walk to Historic downtowns shops, restaurants, and activities. Your Eureka Springs Getaway! Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. King bed, oversized jetted spa tub, large deck, full kitchen, propane fireplace, 70 inch tv, hiking on 40 acres across the street, and secluded tranquility. Minutes away from Downtown Eureka Springs and about 2 miles from the Kings River. NO WIFI, but we do have DISH television. Due to the gravel driveway and incline, we do not recommend low to the ground sport cars or motorcycles, or please use caution.

Our special place is located above one of the unique shops in downtown Eureka Springs, placing it within walking distance to all the unique shops and great restaurants. It has a pool table, a back balcony with a grill for cooking out, a full kitchen, a living area, and one parking space located behind the property. This is also a pet friendly place, so your little four-legged family member is also welcome.
