It sits opposite Willow House a Victorian house built in the late 19th century as a gamekeeper's cottage for the Troston Hall Estate. It is ideal for a romantic getaway, cycling/walking and for exploring everything Suffolk has to offer. The Bull Freehouse is a 10 min walk up the lane with great food & beer!

On the Norfolk cycle route - Rebellion Way. Ideally situated for the Peddars Way walk. East Anglian Coast within easy reach. Cottage contains fully fitted kitchen/dining room, wet room and comfy double bed.

Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. Close to Bury St Edmunds and Diss, an ideal semi-rural base for exploring East Anglia and the cities of Norwich and Cambridge. Our comfortable and quiet cottage annexe provides a well-equipped place to stay for a self-catering short break or longer, with wi-fi included. The comfortable sitting room looks out onto the private garden where there is a small patio containing outdoor chairs and table. The ensuite bedroom (double-bed) has a vaulted ceiling and ample storage.

The Piggery is perfect for an overnight escape or a weekend away. Situated in a private spot amidst gorgeous Suffolk farmland with easy access to miles of footpaths, bridleways, byways and quiet country lanes to walk or cycle along there is free parking right outside. It is also a great 'Home from Home' for workers providing a clean, bright, ambient space, super comfortable bed, large table/workspace, great shower and an adequate kitchen, to ease the end of a busy day.

You access the room directly from outside, so you can come & go to suit, your own private entrance

Two miles from access to the A14 and a few hundred yards from the Train Station which has a direct line to Bury, Cambridge and London. The Barn Annex facilities have been fitted to a high quality to create a relaxing and comfortable environment for you to enjoy during your stay , consisting of a large bedroom, en-suite shower room and kitchen.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets).
