Stor have som rummer mange muligheder og flere terrasser. Der er få min. gang til vandet med badebro (ikke i vinterperioden).Fine strande i området, gode indkøbsmuligheder, og spisesteder i Fåborg. Ca 30 til Svendborg. Område med ro og fred. Rengøring kan tilkøbes. El og vand afregnes med udlejer inden afrejse. Infrarød sauna til ekstra velvære

Der er flere fine stier til stranden, der ligger ca. 100 meter væk. Boligen indeholder en entré, et opholdsrum med godt køkken, spiseplads, brændeovn og en sofagruppe med plads til spil og hygge med en god bog. Der er 3 soverum, hvor der er en dobbeltseng i hvert værelse, samt 2 værelser med overkøje. Der er badeværelse med toilet og brus.

Charming apartment located in a listed farm house. The apartment is situated in a scenic area 1km from the sea and 10km from the old town of Svendborg. The apartment is ideal for exploration of the "ø-havsstien" walking trail and as a family "get a way" in the country side. Some of Denmarks most beautiful nature. The house lies on a smal road with no traffic. The apartment is a part of a traditional farm. It is build as a "modern house" inside the farm and has seperate entrances and garden.

Cosy cottage near the sea

This cosy cottage near the beautiful coastline of Sydfyn - the Woolf's Cottage - is only a few hundred metres from the sea, and the area is surrounded by sea on both sides as well as an ample forest area in which to roam, spotting deer and pheasants. The garden has two terraces with great sun spots, both behind and in front of the house, with lots of trees and little spots to relax. There is also a fireplace and a swing. Cleaning, towels and bedding is not included but can be provided.

Velholdt sommerhus i naturskønne omgivelser med en enestående panorama udsigt over havet samt kuperet terræn, mark og skov. i kort afstands findes den hyggelige lille landsby Faldsled med lystbådehavn og hvor den kendte Faldsled kro har til huse. Der er kort afstand til indkøbsmuligheder i både Millinge og Horne. Den sydfynske perle Fåborg med mange indkøbsmuligheder, havn med afgang til de mange sydfynske øer, ligger kun 5 km væk.

Cute little summer house near the beach

Relax with your family in this peaceful and cute house, near one of the best child-friendly beaches in Denmark. It's ideal for 4-5 people, but up to 8 people can sleep here with 2 on the sleeping couch and 1 on a mattress. In the winter time there is a fireplace that can be used for extra heat and cozyness :) Otherwise it's just to come here, relax enjoy the beach and explore Langeland. It’s our own private house that we love and use a lot, so please treat it as your own.

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

Skov, strand og gode bakker

Fristed på 96 m2, med kreaturer, hejrekoloni og ræve som nabo. I haven er der lille hyggelig bålplads og shelter med 3-4 sovepladser. Vi ligger tæt ved skov og strandeng, 300 m fra dejlig badestrand, 1 km fra Falsled Havn, og fra det helt unikke spisested Falsled Kro. Vi er placeret lige på kanten af Svanninge Bakker, og området er meget velegnet til friluftsaktiviteter som vandring, løb og cykling. Øhavsstien starter ved Falsled Havn.

The house has a nice, light and open kitchen / living room area, bathroom with a shower, 2 rooms with beds for 2 and 3 people. In addition 2 people can sleep in the living room on a comfortable pull out couch. A cosy automatic stove that heats the house even in the cold periods. The key box ensures easy and flexible check in and -outs.
