‘Little Bream' is a beautiful fully furnished, cosy barn cottage between Falmouth & the Helford River, within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, a pub & a shop. Easy walk to Maenporth beach, & the Helford River, and also Bream Cove, a fabulous place to swim. 10 mins drive into Falmouth. Little Bream has a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable superking size bed, amazing shower. Distant sea view from the bedroom, a garden/BBQ area and is set in 2 acres of garden. Sleeps up to 4 guests

"My property is in the quiet and charming village of Budock Water ten minutes drive from Falmouth Town centre, and from the beaches, all good swimming beaches. The property is a semi detached set in a residential area, in a quiet location, with a private sunny garden. The village has a local food shop for those basics, If you fancy a drink we have a village pub, which offers seating outside. I sometimes live in the cabin detached from the house to the back, private from the house, no access.

Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. There is plenty of parking space to the front.

The Engine House

The Engine House is a Grade 2 listed conversion in the stunning development that is Perran Foundry. 10 minutes from Falmouth beach, and 10 minutes from Truro city. Nestled on the banks of the river Kenall, The Perran Foundry is a World heritage site that is over 200years old!. The Engine House as the name suggests was the beating heart of the foundry. The building has been brought back to life and now boasts contemporary spaces set into the fabric of the old foundry buildings.

Quaint, traditional , detached Cornish Cottage. A cosy cottage with Wood burning Stove for warm nights in after long days at the beach or walking the Coast Path. Darracott is siuated on a Bridle Path and centrally located in the Granite uplands, between the Lizard Peninsula, Falmouth and St Ives. With rural walks straight out of the door, Cornwall's rich mining heritage is evident all around.
