Također na prvom spratu, treća spavaća soba je dvokrevetna soba koja se na zahtjev može sastaviti kao spavaća soba s bračnim krevetom. Ovo također ima kupatilo i vlastiti balkon. Podrum se sastoji od dodatne spavaće sobe s dva kreveta na sprat. Postoji još jedna tuš kabina za ovu spavaću sobu. Također u podrumu se nalazi „prostor za igre” sa bilijarskim stolom, stolnim tenisom i stolnim fudbalom. Prostor za poliranje s mnogo dječjih igračaka i knjiga koje gosti mogu koristiti. U ljetnim mjesecima ima vinovu lozu koja raste iznad njega, što ga čini posebnim mjestom za sjedenje s prijateljima i porodicom. Na stražnjoj strani objekta nalazi se još jedan prostor za sjedenje za četiri osobe i teren za kratke bulevar. Cijela vila i vrt. Imamo damu po imenu Kate koja vodi našu vilu u Portugalu i moći će vam pomoći tokom vašeg boravka. Vila se nalazi na pješačkoj udaljenosti od plaže Ancao, koja ima barove i restorane na plaži. Gosti imaju pristup teniskom terenu i nogometnom igralištu na šest metara. U blizini se nalaze mini golf, biciklizam, karting i vodeni sportovi. Restorani su udaljeni nekoliko minuta hoda. Nema autobusa za ovo područje. Preporučuje se iznajmljivanje automobila. Naš vrtlar dolazi svake sedmice utorkom ujutro. Naša firma za održavanje bazena posjećuje jednom sedmično - obično ponedjeljkom ujutro.
