Welcome to my beautifully redone home! Both bathrooms have been completely redone and now boast polished floors and tiled showers. Every light fixture and fan in the house was upgraded. The kitchen got a wonderful facelift with new quartz countertops and vinyl plank flooring. The back yard boasts a brand new Weber grill! Come enjoy a fire in the firepit and roast marshmallows with the firewood provided and all of the gear! You are just a short walk to downtown and a short drive to the beach!

Nestled in the woods on the northside of Holland just into Port Sheldon Township. Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). It is conveniently located only 15mins from both Grand Haven and Holland. NO pets allowed on the furniture or there will be an extra fee. The house includes 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, 1.5 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, smart tv, bottled water is supplied as well as toothbrushes and shampoo and conditioner. Less than 3mi from a gas station and restaurant/bar. There's a great park right across the street that offers equestrian and hiking with lights on until 10pm.

Beachmobile 2.0

Your responsibility, RESERVE the camping spot first. We will bring it to your campground (or private residence) Delivery is free in Grand Haven. Hoffmaster $30 Newly built Skoolie with two bunks beds, a queen sized mattress and a fold down sofa (probably best suited for a smaller person. UPDATE: Bechmobile and Beachmobile 2.0 have been retired. The red white and blue bus, and the big blue bus (former Bookmobile) are no longer with us.

The Cottage Loft Life On Ferrysburg Time.

Originally built in 1940 as a double camping lodge with a shared bath between them, The Loft is one side of the original lodge, with a home addition added on in the 1960's. When I remodeled the home I created the modern version of a one room camping lodge with a bathroom and loft sleeping area. The home is full of character and some quarks but rest assured it is absolutely comfortable, cozy and efficiently set up for your stay.
