Welcome to our Annex. Located down a restricted road it is both very safe and quiet. You will find the accommodation tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, modern shower room and general work/dining area. The living area opens out through patio doors onto our shared garden. Ideally located for all transport links i.e. M3, A3, Main line trains to London and close to Heathrow (25 mins) and Gatwick (45mins). There is a hourly direct bus service to Heathrow (730/731 ) with the stop 200m away.

Stay in a luxury shepherds hut in the stunning Surrey Hills, only an hour from London. A perfect couples escape with a beautiful private hot tub under the trees and wellness area with sauna/cold plunge, bookable as an extra. We are located near Box Hill, you can enjoy countryside walks, spectacular views and visit some lovely local gastropubs. We are dog friendly for an extra fee. We supply a variety of grazing platters too. The perfect stay for birthdays, anniversaries and special nights away!

Nestled walking distance from Esher High Street the apartment is situated across the courtyard of Clive House, a Georgian dwelling built in the middle of the eighteenth century by Clive of India. The newly refurbished accommodation includes : living area, kitchen/ diner and ensuite double bedroom with a kingsize bed. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. Comfortable and bright one bed annexe in a quiet private road nestled in the Surrey Hills with views of Box Hill. Denbies vineyard and the North Downs Way is on its doorstep. Perfect location for walkers and cyclists alike. It’s a 15 min walk to Dorking Town Centre with all its amenities and 10 min walk to the station with links to London, Gatwick and Reading. The annex is located above our garage with its own private access via a gate from the driveway next to our family home.

Luxury Garden Lodge

The Dog House is situated in a corner of our garden, in the beautiful Surrey village of Newdigate. Ideal for walkers and cyclists, the village has an award winning real ale pub with great food, a village shop and an Indian restaurant. There are nature reserves and stunning walks and only 15 minutes from Gatwick, access to the airport couldn’t be easier. The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.

In the village of Malden Rushett, Rushett studio is a self contained studio perfect for all guests. We are a 10 minute walk from the local theme park Chessington World of Adventures so perfect for a weekend away with the kids! We have a local pub The Shy Horse just a 10 minute walk away perfect for a meal with the kids or a quiet drink in front of the log fire. Explore the many walks around us with miles of public footpaths and beautiful scenery.
