An open space beach house, of 60 s.m. for 5 people, with one double bed, 2 single beds and 1 big sofa, very stylish and comfortable. It is decorated with boho and cozy design styling combined with the Cycladic culture. The house has direct access to a sea view veranda, with a big dining table. It is situated on a small bay, with similar moon white rocks as Sarakiniko that form a secluded cove in front of the house, together with Aqua house 2 & 3. In the quietest area of this fishing village there is a two storey boat house . On the 1st floor, the apartment of Captain Nicolas named from the initial owner, built with stone and natural materials. In a particular Cycladic architecture (cave house) , makes the visitor travel through time, experiencing an old time, simple way of life with all modern facilities by the sea. Due to the natural construction of the boat house the temperature is maintained in natural conditions.

The little fishing village known as Klima is located right on the waterfront quite close to the entrance of the huge natural harbour of Milos. The tiny hamlet is much admired for its little boat houses with their brightly painted doors and windows.

Klima is a traditional fishing village with colourful houses extending all the way to the small coast. It is located below the village of Trypiti and the Catacombs. The "Sirma" -a used to be winter hideout for fishing boats- was recently revamped.
