Come stay in our super clean, cozy, newly remodeled, and private Old Town carriage house with unique outdoor kitchen! We are less than a mile from the new CSU stadium, an easy 5 minute bike ride to downtown FC, and blocks away from several coffee shops, restaurants, and breweries. Explore the area on one of our two cruiser bikes or take a drive into the mountains for a day of hiking and rafting. We have lived in FC for over 20 years and would love to help you plan your visit. Short, scenic drive to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Fifteen minutes to CSU and Fort Collins. Screened in backyard patio with a fully fenced in yard. Full access to the entire, fully furnished home. Breakfast and snack items also included! Your home away from home while visiting Colorado.

Private, Friendly, Midtown Studio

Convenient mid-town Ft Collins location. Private, separate living space from our home, studio with with bathroom, mini-fridge, TV, and private entrance. Located at the end of a friendly cul-de-sac. Near CSU campus, the new football stadium and a short bike ride to Old Town Fort Collins. A friendly yellow lab lives in the main house, along with a cat, 2 adults, and 2 kids. (However, our animals are not permitted in the rental space.)

Plum Street House

Located in Old Town Fort Collins on Plum Street, one block from Colorado State University, and within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. This is a brand-new carriage house. It has a private entrance, private parking, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms, each has a queen size bed. There is also a pull out queen couch for an additional 2 sleeping spaces located in the living room.
