Our recently remodeled home is a perfect getaway for all. The house is a duplex, with two working professionals living in the basement. They have their own separate entrance and do not share any spaces with you.

A few things to note first! - We live upstairs with our two children, so while we always try to be courteous, some noise may travel. - There is no air-conditioning, but the space stays comfortably cool during summer (and we have circulating fans). Our new one bedroom unit is located near beautiful open farmland - with only a short 5 minute drive to Old Town!

A very well stocked kitchen, plush linens, black-out curtains, Smart TV’s, and more. Well-behaved dogs are welcome: Fully fenced yard and 2 dog crates, plus food bowls and doggie bags. We ask that pets not be allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture. Great for families w/ Littles: Bunk beds, pack’n’play, bassinet, highchair, and more!

Great location! Keep it simple in our clean and centrally located space. Awesome spot for couples or singles to adventure in Fort Collins. This property is attached to another space used as an Airbnb. Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 9 am. The space does not share any walls but a door off the kitchen area, which has a partition and remains locked. You will not have any interactions with other guests, but possibly in the parking lot.
