Our Gateway Getaway is a hidden gem, private suite conveniently located minutes from downtown Chattanooga, shopping, dining, outdoor activities and historical sites. The property owners are an elderly couple that live on the main floor of the property. The income from this suite goes toward the lifestyle services they need to stay in their house of 61 years. The rental space is managed by the couple's son and daughter-in-law.

Hosts live upstairs and are available for any assistance you may need. Apartment has its own carport so you can park your car under cover. Washer and dryer in the apartment.

This rustic “tiny apartment” is the secret you wouldn’t even know was there (basement apartment). With kitchen, full bathroom, queen sized bed and convertible couch, this is all you could hope for from tiny space living! We have several books and board games to enjoy your time together and the 50” flatscreen is there, just in case reading and games arent your thing. The house has easy access, just 1 min to high way ( I-75 ) on last exit 353 between Georgia and Tennessee line. Is located just 15 min from downtown Chattanooga, Hamilton mall (8 min), Chattanooga Airport (11 min) and many touristic places. We are a family of 4 including 2 medium dogs. We are pet friendly!

Anchor Acres Guest House

This Guest House is located on the upper level of a garage that is separate from our house. It is located in a semi-rural area about 12 miles south of Chattanooga, TN and 5 minutes from Chickamauga National Military Park. The entire property is 40 acres and is mostly pasture used for beef cattle. The view off the deck and out the back windows is spectacular. You see pasture, trees, and Lookout Mountain.
