Langholmen private Island - with rowing boat

A whole island for yourself with a cute cabin for two people with the basic necessities and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. You can catch fish, spot eagles and sea-otters, watch the endless sunset and be directly in nature undisturbed by the modern world. A small rowing boat is included. Bed sheets upon request and extra fee. We are dependent of guests to clean out properly after their stay to welcoming next guests. Please respect. Utforsk vår moderne hytte med fantastisk utsikt, nydelige solnedganger og kort vei til utflukter som Herjevannet og Tarløysa. Hytta har WiFi, TV med strømmetjenester, et godt utstyrt kjøkken, to stuer, flere soverom og deilige senger. Her kan en nyte sene kvelder ved bålpanna eller i boblebadet. Gjester kan låne blant annet fiskestang, bærplukkere, spill og bøker. Store spisebord inne og ute gir fleksibilitet til måltidene. Du kan parkere ved døren og skape minner i fredelige omgivelser.

Flott hus med egen kai og naust. Eiendommen har også egen utendørs Sauna . Masse utstyr som kan brukes som sykler, pizza-ovn i naustet, bålpanne ved sjøen, inkludert en båt (6 hk). Huset er ellers fullt utrustet med alt du trenger. Kort avstand til Molde, Atlanterhavsveien, Trollstigen og Geiranger.Her skapes ro og god stemning for alle. God parkeringsplass. Vi har to andre båter som kan leies. Den ene er en 16 fot med 25 hk og den andre er en 17 fot Buster X bowrider med 70 hk. Se bilder

En kveld med kort, brett, eller dart spill for tilleggs kos. Mye å gjøre både ute og inne for å koble av. Unn deg i moderne massasje stolen eller varm deg opp i badstuen etter en lang reise. Man kan oppleve Nordlys av og til på natten mellom September og mars. Forskjellige stikk-ut turer og diverse aktiviteter nær området.

We are located 40 minutes from Vigra Airport and 30 minutes from Ålesund. The popular viewpoint Rampestreken at Åndalsnes is just one hour's drive, and scenic Trollstigen 1.5 hours from our location. There are plenty of local hikes in the area, and a scenic golf course just ten minutes away.

Built in 2020, it features modern Scandinavian design, 4 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, and a cozy loft sitting area. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean from the nearby mountains, and delightful picnics or fishing trips along the shore. We offer boats, kayaks, and electric bikes for rent, enhancing your outdoor adventure experience.

Modern cabin with spectacular view of the fjord and sea. Sunshine (if lucky) until 10:30 pm in the summer. Big terrace with a gas grill for eating out. Distance to Molde centre 10-12 minutes by car. We have a small boat w/10 HP engine in the nearby Marina Saltrøa, around 5 minutes walk from the cabin, which can be used for free if the weather conditions are good enough. Just pay for the gasolin. Fishing gear at your disposal at the cabin.

To explore Norway not only on land but also on the water, a boat with a 60hp engine for max. 6 persons can be rented for 500€/week as an option to this advertisement. The boat and our boathouse are located about 100m from the house.
