Foley's Cottage - Restored 18th century Farmhouse.

Foley's Cottage is an old (18th century), restored , traditional, stone built farmhouse on a working family farm. The cottage has been restored sympathetically using original and locally sourced recycled materials. The roof timbers for example were sawn from trees grown on the farm. Also the kitchen units were handmade by a local craftsman, from recycled pitch pine. There are old beams and traditional real pine boarded floors. In addition, the cottage has all modern conveniences.

A cozy renovated 200 year old cottage. Situated down a country lane. You will need a car. Suitable for two adults and one small to medium size dog. There is a 25 euro fee for the dog whether you stay for one day or more. Beaches, walks and Waterford city are a 10/15 min drive. The cottage is annexed to the main house.
