Trader Joe's and Whole Foods are only 5 minutes away by car.

This cozy condo with an open floor plan featuring a double sided gas fireplace between the bedroom and the living room providing light and warmth throughout the house. The bedroom has a walk in closet with ample storage and a washer & dryer. Our condos are sparkling clean and undergo stringent sanitizing and disinfectant procedures.

The main room has a kiva fireplace & sleeper sofa as well as a full kitchen & small dining area. There is a separate bedroom with a closet & washer/dryer. The enclosed, private courtyard is perfect for kids & pets. This guesthouse is separate from, but next to my home where I live with my partner, our son, and fuzzy dogs!
