This beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom home was recently updated. It has a beautiful kitchen with island seating that has the basic cooking needs like pots, pans, rice cooker, toaster, and a coffee maker with coffee, cream, and sugar provided. The Livingroom has comfortable couches and a large Roku TV. The master bedroom has queen bed, a small roku tv, and its own bathroom (shower only). The side bedroom also has a queen bed and roku tv. The hall bathroom has a tub. Owners may be on property.

The DOUBLE bed turns into couch. Small Fridge, burner, microwave, coffee maker & other essentials. private toilet and shower (no bathtub). Walking distance to L.O.S.T. Trail which connects to the Arizona Trail, walking distance to bridge that leads to main street and access to wifi, grill, hot tub and private parking.

Located on the ground floor with a separate entrance and private back yard, it will delight guests with an airy and well-appointed kitchen, a cozy TV room, a deep alcove soaking tub and a serene bedroom and sitting room. The back porch offers a writing desk and reading nook with many books on Arizona and Globe-Miami. Great to enjoy views of the yard/garden while enjoying "me" time.

This property was formally one huge house that was recently converted into 5 separate apartments. This particular unit is Unit 3 with parking just downstairs from the unit. The Unit itself is has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open concept Kitchen/Livingroom. There is a full size bed and a cute sitting area for eating or working with a Roku TV.
