This compact, self-contained apartment (with private entrance) is attached to an architecturally designed home nestled in a wooded hillside overlooking a large meadow. Its remote location, 6 minutes drive above the town of Oregon House, is an ideal spot for a getaway. With the entire apartment to yourself it can be a perfect retreat, a romantic weekend, or a quiet work/study space. A place to relax, meditate, read and feel a world away from everyday concerns. No same day reservations accepted.

The Loft at Spirit Oaks Farm

Spacious and comfortable loft located in the Sierra Foothills of Amador County. Stroll through the 16 acre property and enjoy trees, flowers, herbs, birds and more. Relax in the claw foot tub and sleep deeply on the memory foam king mattress. Unplug in the peaceful setting and rejuvenate your body and soul. Wellness/healing sessions, herbal cooking classes and private chef experiences may be booked with the host as available. Dining, shopping and wine tasting nearby. Friendly dogs welcome.

Whispering Pines Apartment

The fall colors are spectacular for a hike up scenic Highway 88! Our apartment is located under our main house, with its own keyless private entrance. You'll enjoy a quiet and peaceful setting among tall pines, with wildlife abound. Amador County is rich in gold mining history, and has many charming gold rush towns for you to visit. If your travel journeys include both Yosemite and Lake Tahoe, we are conveniently located between the two ( 2 1/2 hours from Yosemite, and 1 1/2 from Tahoe)

The Foley Nest

Cozy up in this 2 room suite with attached bath, complete with private patio entrance, living area, large kitchenette, and dedicated parking spot. This suite is attached to our home but separated by a locked door. We are a short drive (5 min) from downtown, 8 min. to the airport, 35 - 40 min from several popular ski resorts. We are next to the Washoe Public Golf Course in one of the most beautiful, safe, and walkable neighborhoods in Reno. We offer EV charging upon request.

Majestic View Retreat, Nevada City

Enjoy the view of the snow capped Sierras while soaking in the hot tub, reading on the private porch, or sitting next to the cozy fireplace indoors. Private, secluded Guest Suite with private entrance. A new kitchenette has been added for convenient cooking. Play a game of shuffleboard or sip a glass of wine while sitting by the outdoor fire pit. Our home is nestled under a canopy of conifers next door to the Tahoe National Forest and only a 5 minutes drive to downtown Nevada City.

Truckee River Bike House

ON THE TRUCKEE RIVER right in the historic downtown area, our little place is a 2 block walk to restaurants and shopping. You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper. we have a couple of other mattresses we can bring in if you prefer a softer bed.

The Inkling -Studio Guesthouse Downtown 2 beds

The Inkling is a separate apartment attached to a Victorian home built in 1890. It is in a quiet neighborhood near beautiful scenic canyons. Close to Old Town Auburn, you may enjoy restaurants, antique shops, family-friendly activities, the American river, and many, many trails. It is less than .5 miles from downtown as well. There is an enclosed grassy area for our human and canine guests. We live in the main house with our 3 small dogs Lola, Leo and Charlie.

The East Sac Hive, Guest Studio

The East Sac Hive guest studio is in the center of Sacramento’s finest neighborhood built in the 1920’s, and we are proud to share our city with you. Our studio is quaint and cozy, but offers all of the amenities you would expect in a comfortable space. The micro studio is about 230 square feet and the perfect size for two adults or an adult and child. Maybe you'll even get to see the buzzing activity of our urban bee hive on the roof!

Sierra Foothills River Retreat

Enjoy a private guest suite on the Mokelumne river with no cleaning fees and a hassle free stay. Fall asleep to the sound of the river. Sit on 1 of 3 decks to enjoy the scenic views and watch the wildlife. Walk in the river, go fishing, pan for gold. The lower deck on the river has a hammock & 2 person swing. Visit Silver lake, Kirkwood, Big Trees Nat. Park or Lake Tahoe. Go wine tasting, antiquing or hiking.

Close to Downtown, Cal Expo, Airport, Sac State, UC, Davis, Discovery Park, and Golden One Center. Hiking Trails and River access close by. Cottage is located centrally 10 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from the airport and Sacramento State, 5 minutes to the Arden Fair mall. It is a larger cottage style suite with its own entrance. Rambler's Roost

Our guesthouse is across the driveway from the main house on 1.5 acres on a quiet country road, yet only 2 miles from Old Town Auburn, 3 miles from the Auburn State Recreation Area, and 1.5 hours from Lake Tahoe. The guesthouse is approximately 300 sq ft and has its own entrance with convenient parking. It’s perfect for a single or couple and is suitable for longer term stays.
