The Rickard Cottage kitchen & living room is newly remodeled and sleeping accommodations upgraded to 2 queens! The Cottage is very close to the hustle and bustle of the Silver Lake area, but provides a relaxed, efficient place to get away when the day is done. Mornings and evenings can be spent on the back porch surrounded by the woods. The Cottage is the perfect complement to a busy day at the lake. Ideal for 2 couples or a family with up to 3 children (appropriate for children ages 6 and up).

The Schoolhouse Cottage is your "home away from home.” Perfect for families or large group. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths there is plenty of space for everyone. LOTS OF PARKING for trucks and trailers and 2 hook-ups for campers(extra daily fee). The Dune entrance is just 2 miles away! We are centrally located between Mears and Hart and Ludington and Muskegon. With golf courses, multiple farm markets, Lake Michigan beaches, wineries, Lewis Adventure Farm and Zoo and more attractions minutes away!

The Cottage

Small Charming Cottage set in a beautiful wooded setting. People who have stayed here have seen deer, raccoons, fox, woodpeckers, and listen to the sounds of whippoorwills in the evening. There is a small patio out back, with outdoor seating and grill, with a fire pit nearby. It is Private and romantic yet still close to Silver Lake, Stoney Lake and Lake Michigan. Equipped with a full kitchen, bath, and laundry. Heat and AC available, AC is removed during colder months.

Family summer home that is occasionally renterd. Older, modest property with no frills. Great location. Close to the beach, Mears State Park, Channel Park and downtown. Full living room, dining room, kitchen, upstairs sitting area with two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. One and a half baths. Covered front porch. Washer and dryer. All linens, towels, dishes, utensils, pots and pans are included. Coffee maker, toaster and microwave with full oven and refrigerator.
