The form, colour and materiality nestles the dwelling sensitively into the deep green bush terrain and a generous courtyard defined by carefully crafted limestone walls which seamlessly connect inside and outside while also providing privacy and shelter. The studio is everything you could imagine for the perfect down south getaway . All the modern appliances to make you feel at home with nice and cozy beds excellent quality linen and specially chosen furniture throughout . A short walk to the beach and bush tracks , local cafes , bar & bistro the general store you can't go wrong. Private residence The managers are close by to help if required , we will leave you with a detailed list of things to do and the ins and outs of the studio and the local area. The home's close proximity to the coast makes it easy to head to the ocean. Spend the day finding fun surfing spots and sunbathing on the beach. Play a round on the local golf course. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. Easy and safe to walk to the beach with access to footpaths and nature walks out the front of the house .

Bussells Bushland Cottages - Couples/Small Family

Bussells Bushland Cottages is a 20 hectare "Land for Wildlife" property. Our 8 rammed-earth cottages are set apart in order to preserve privacy. Walk trails criss-cross the bush block which has wonderful stands of old-growth trees, as well as being home to a wide variety of bird life and mobs of kangaroos. The quoted room rate for 1 or 2 persons is based on the use of 1 bedroom. If, for any reason, guests require to use the 2nd bedroom, an extra bed charge will be levied payable before arrival.

Farm View Cottage

Beautiful scenery, seven minute drive to Margaret River town and both Gracetown and Prevelly beaches, all amenities you need, farm stay experience. Surrounded by farm land, our rural cottage will provide you with the beauty and serenity of nature. Kangaroos & farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Wineries and breweries are close by, phone reception and Netflix provided.

Gracetown Views. Leave the car, walk to the beach

Our house is a lovely 2 story, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with great views over Gracetown. It's a leisurely 5 minute walk to the beach. The extensively renovated house is spacious, light, bright and really comfortable. Gracetown Views has been loved by many guests since 2015 and will suit couples, families and travellers. Beautifully appointed and recently renovated, A Stones Throw Gnarabup aims to make your Margaret River stay equally relaxing and enjoyable. Nestled front and centre in the Margarets Beach Resort, our two story townhouse is perfectly positioned with just a short walk from the famous Gnarabup swim beach and White Elephant Beach Cafe. We are very fortunate to have “The Common” Restaurant and Bar on site, a pool and two playgrounds for the kids. For the surfers, spot “The Box” from our balcony 🌊

The Cabin - House of Cards Winery

A Chalet on the property of House of Cards winery. The chalet boasts a large fully equipped kitchen and dining area. A spacious 2x2 chalet that can accommodate 2-6 people, utilising the pull out sofa bed in the living area. With air conditioning and fire place.The master bedroom offers a king size bed, en suite bathroom and a large freestanding bath with a nature view. The second bedroom offers a king bed (which can be split into two singles on request) and en suite bathroom. NO LEAVERS

Dunmore Homestead Cottage

The quaint studio cottage overlooks the Scott River flats, the Homestead and farm land. To the back of the cottage is the untouched bush leading all the way to the South Coast. Explore the river that runs through the property, say hello to our farm animals, pick some fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, go wildflower hunting, bush walking, 4x4 driving or fishing. we are on the edge of the D'Entrecasteaux National Park and within an hour of many towns in the south west region.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Little Ginger

Little Ginger is the perfect romantic couples getaway surrounded by ginger trees and a friendly ginger cat named Simon who sleeps under the ginger trees. Sip on champagne in the outdoor bathtub while your partner cooks up a feed on the weber Q, or relax in the luxurious king bed after taking a shower under the double rain shower heads. The studio is equipped with everything you need including: a toaster, kettle, microwave, Nespresso machine, and a plug in cooktop.

Saltair - Gracetown

Saltair- Gracetown is a quintessential relaxing beach house within a short walk to the beach and surf breaks. It is a family friendly house, with bunks for the kids, a large lawn, table tennis on the back deck and a selection of toys and board games. For the adults, the large deck has views of the ocean, a large dining table and a daybed. Whether it's swimming, surfing, hiking, fishing, or sampling some of the regions finest wines, it’s all at your doorstep.
