Thoroughly enjoy our Charming and Warm Studio as it will transport you the southern France countryside while being based in the very heart of the hustle and bustle of Barcelona. Romantic and flirtatious in style, this flat is pampered at every corner with rustic wood details, soft and pastel tones. Few other flats could more centrally located flat than this one! Don't miss out on staying at one of only six unique 'El Alma de Las Ramblas' flats, all of them located in a recently renovated historical 19th century building. We are three friends who decided to embark on this project to refurbished 6 apartments in a same building located right off of arguably Barcelona´s most emblematic street: Las Ramblas. It was important to us to turn these apartments into cozy and functional living spaces for our guests. We chose the new beds, beddings, sofas, dining tables and chairs, lamps, kitchenware and small appliances with great care and consideration. We believe we were successful in creating an pleasant space in each of the flats- and we hope you will also agree after having spent time there. Guests have access to the entire studio. We respect the privacy of our guests and yet also would be available to provide any assistance possible that would make our guests´ stay a confortable and an enjoyable one. The compact layout makes intuitive use of space featuring a kitchenette while there’s also diminutive balcony This apartment is located at the epic center of Barcelona, just off at the beginning of Las Ramblas street. The area is known for its myriad activities and abundant pedestrians who have come to stroll, shop and dine in the city's most dynamic street. This apartment is as central as central can be! You will be able to walk* to many worthwhile sites: 1. La Boquería Market: 4 minute walk 2. Picasso Museum: 13 minute walk 3. La Pedrera: 22 minute walk 4. La Sagrada Familia: 42 minute walk 5. La Barceloneta (former fishermen´s neighborhood by BCN´s port): 25 minute walk 6. The beach: 30 minute walk. For a seaside view or stroll (15 mins walk) 7. Etc, (You get our point;-)) (*Walking time estimates based on (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps) Or if you wished to take a taxi or public transportation (to take you within Barcelona as well as to its surrounding cities such as Girona, Sitges, etc.) both options are also easily available within less than 3 minute walk from the flat. 1. Shortly after the confirmation of your reservation, we will write to you to collect the "tourist tax" that is obligatory and established by the Generalitat de Catalunya. The official tax standards are as follows: Adults (persons 16 and over) are obliged to pay a tourist tax of 2,48 euros (2,25 + IVA) per day spent in Catalunya, up to 7 days maximum. 2. It is also important to note that when you check-in, it is obligatory* for us to make a copy of your official ID (Passport, National ID for EU citizens, etc.) *Official Notice from the Generalitat de Catalunya It is compulsory for persons staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia to register there. (Article 2 of Order IRP/418/2010, of 5 August, on the obligation for registration and communication to the Directorate General of the Police of persons staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia.)

Loft apartment in Sagrada Familia

This is a legal tourist flat with license for 2 guests. It's located next to the Sagrada Familia, just one block away! Tourist tax is included, so no extra charges! Combining the old building with a modern loft style my goal is that you feel at a second home. Two large glass doors allow access to the balcony that overlooks inside the residential block, so there is no traffic noise at all. It's important that you know that there is no elevator in the building and you have to go up 4 floors.

Both, declared heritage of humanity by the Unesco and 5 metro stops (15 minutes ) to the city center (Plaça Catalunya). The Barcelona TOURIST TAX (€6.25 per person per night) is not included in the price. (Mandatory tax set by the regional government of Catalonia, payable upon arrival. From April 1st, it will increase to 12,50€ per person and night.)

Very nice, cozy and spacious loft, with quality furnitures and parquet floors, in a old building of Gràcia neighborhood. A part from the main floor, it has a mezzanine with two double rooms. Hi-speed WIFI available for free. Very well connected. Fontana metro station is just 1 minute away. Sunny Loft in Barcelona 5' walk to the beach

COVID19 Measures: Reservations are spaced in time, so that no previous guest has occupied the place during the previous 72 hours. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected for about 5 hours, about 72 hours prior to any stay. All clothes have been washed at 60% degrees, all surfaces and floors disinfected. Be save !!
