Im ersten Obergeschoss befindet sich ebenfalls ein Wohn/Esszimmer mit Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bad Das Haus verfügt sozusagen über zwei Wohneinheiten, d.h. es gibt zwei Wohn/Essbereich und zwei Küchen. Zudem zählen Klimaanlage, Sat-Tv und WLAN-Internet zu den weiteren Ausstattungsmerkmalen.

Enjoy your vacation at our elegant and modern Villa Azur. Along the beach is a beautiful Mediterranean park that creates an atmosphere of relaxation and natural shade. Many fun sports and recreational activities (aqua park, jet-sky, parachuting ..) and gastronomic treats are located along the beach. 🏖 The rich cultural/historical heritage of the Old Town of Novi Vinodolski is only a 10-min walk away. The accommodation offers free parking, AC, Wi-Fi, grill and a spacious courtyard.

The sea, the beaches, the attractions are only 5 km from the house. On the groundfloor are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. One bedroom is with TV (SAT) and aircondition. On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.

The apartment is located in the eastern part of New Vinodolski, quiet and green, about 800 m from the center and 150 m from the sea. Situated on the second floor of the house, fully equipped, with a large balcony with a view of the slopes of Velebit, Senj chanell and the entire east coast of the island Krk. The interior consists of a kitchen, living room with sofa bed, two bathrooms and three comfortable bedrooms with seven beds (total 100 m2 balcony 15 m2).
