Blue Bus at Streeter Mountain Farm

The blue bus is a renovated 1970s era Bluebird school bus. The surrounding windows provide ample light and a panoramic forest view. The blue bus is tucked in a private corner of woods, about 250 meters from the main house and parking area. Heat for the bus is generated by woodfire. Firewood is provided but guest is in charge of maintaining fire. Knowledge of operating a woodstove is required. THE BUS IS NOT INSULATED. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEDDING/PILLOWS OR REQUEST LINENS FOR $15 FEE.

We have a Wolf, don't be alarmed she is as friendly as can be and will greet you and escort you to the cabin. If you like nature, animals, walking in the forest, cuddling up by the wood stove, then this is the place for you. The cabin is surrounded by gorgeous perennial gardens. Come vacation in our modern RV (2018 Jayco) located in a green pasture overlooking Mount Cardigan, You will have all the privacy to enjoy nature, gorgeous sunsets and our fall-time apple orchard. Sleeping arrangements include a queen size bed and two bunk beds along with a folding dinette if needed. RV kitchen with refrigerator and microwave. Located on Bear Mountain we are within minutes of pristine Newfound Lake, Wellington State Park, and other Lakes region attractions.
