This off-grid cabin has running water, full kitchen & nice bathroom w/ shower via solar PV system, propane appliances & backup generator. NO PETS and must have AWD or 4WD vehicle, no exceptions. Owner's personal residence, treat it nicely!

Each suite includes a kitchenette, natural sandstone shower, and copper soaking tub. The main level has a king bed, with two queen beds in the loft. A private patio overlooks the canyon and orchard, offering a comfortable space to relax in a distinctive natural setting.

It is also in the center of Colorado hunting unit 421. Two bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom downstairs. Sleeps up to 6. The Grand Mesa is beautiful! We are located at 10,200' in elevation. THERE WILL ALWAYS BE SNOW ON THE GROUND THROUGH MAY AND INTO JUNE. We have a total of 9 cabins for rent. We are across the street and a short walk to two lakes, beautiful scenery, hiking trails, XC skiing, atv-ing, snowmobiling, canoeing, mtn biking, and great fishing! We rent boats, stand up paddle boards & snowshoes. We also have snowmobile tours and rentals. There's something for everyone!
