Has a gas ,charcoal grill,fire pit, pool table, fooseball, ping pong table. Smart TV Private UTV trails are closed Oct 15th thru mid Jan for hunting. Access to public UTV trails.

For our fishermen- there is off street parking for your boats.

The cabin sits on 2 acres and attaches to 8700 acres of public land that is open to hunting, hiking and abundant with wildlife which makes this property great for the outdoor enthusiast. The property is 6/10 mile from a public boat landing where you can fish, kayak or canoe the Wisconsin River. There are multiple parks relatively close that offer excellent hiking trails. Direct access to miles of ATV/UTV trails.

I have been a farmer/electrician for 30 of those years and my family still use the property for family events and overnights stays. The house had a remodel/modernization in 2022. After the changes, I decided to share it with friends and just recently with the public. The home includes 2, full bathrooms, 4 beds, a full kitchen, and ample parking. City lights are faraway. Mini fridge and microwave located in the cabin. Take the loft ladder to your queen bed and sleep comfortably with heat, AC, or bountiful fresh country air.
