Our PUBLIC Beach access is RARE. There is NO PARKING so it is always quieter than any other access points. All beach necessities provided. Secluded back yard with outdoor kitchen and private salt water pool (Heated off season). Well equipped kitchen with coffee bar/regular bar. Balcony with ocean views and sunsets.

Home is sun filled and cozy with everything you would need for your stay, including a community pool up the street. From Lil' Tan, you can easily bike along 30A to your favorite spots between Grayton and Inlet Beach.

"Serendipity in Seagrove" is located on charming and secluded Barcelona Avenue and nestled within the whimsical tree canopy that steals the hearts of those who visit Seagrove. You'll be incredibly close to all the action and enjoyment of the beach, 30A and Seaside, yet privacy is yours the moment you need it. It’s the best of both worlds. You have access to our private pool with an option to be heated during the cooler months. We do ask a fee of $30 per day to offset our additional costs.
