The Stables

Situated in Rowland Flat on a three-acre property, the stone cottage was the original tack and feed rooms for Mr Rowland's stables. Separated by a courtyard the stables are now the home of the host. The cottage is comprised of a truly delightful bedroom with an antique double bed with stunning garden views; comfortable lounge room with TV/DVD, CD/radio, books and games; light and open equipped kitchenette with bar fridge, microwave, large electric frying pan and breakfast bar overlooking gardens through french windows (provisions for continental breakfast); the bathroom has both separate shower and claw foot slipper bath, toilet and vanity. R/c air-conditioning/heating and ceiling fans throughout. Access from the cottage to your own verandah with garden spilling over…serenity…the perfect spot for breakfast, coffee or bottle of local wine. Enjoy walks through our vineyard and paddocks and come across surprises such as our free-range chooks, wood fire pizza oven, an array of interesting seating and more. Incredible views across the valley floor to the imposing ranges or, bordering our property, the beguiling North Para River (in winter a roaring, cascading joy to behold or in summer the rock based riverbed allows access to caves, a geologists delight) and the birdlife is bountiful. Use of the swimming pool is available in the warmer months.

Ark of Denmark, Due South

Due South is a stunningly unique, architecturally designed, open planned, split/tri level studio on the very top of Weedon Hill. Situated within Ark of Denmark, a beautiful 2 acre property, ensconced in a natural Australian bush setting, with majestic Karri trees & magnificent granite boulders. With walls made of glass and elevated high into the surrounding trees, feel one with nature, watch & listen to the array of birdlife with glimpses of Wilson Inlet. A truely relaxing & peaceful getaway.

The Grain Store - Kangaroo Island Brewery Studio

The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Great panoramic views of Nepean Bay and MacGillivray Hills. Walk to the KIB cellar door in 30 seconds! Old Brickworks- a quaint & eclectic 2 bedroom stay

Old Brickworks is based in the heart of the Adelaide Hills, just a 2 minute drive out of Lobethal town centre. An eclectic, cosy and unique accomodation offers 2 beds (sleeps 4), with a small kitchenette and lounge/dining area. It was once a old mechanic shed, which stands alongside the 3 brick Onkaparinga Brick Works kilns. The bathroom is via a undercover breezeway but separate to the main dwelling. We have a beautiful outdoor space with a BBQ and veggie patches for you to explore.

"Calypso" private studio

Private studio separate from house, with its own entrance and parking area. In tranquil surrounds but less than 5 minutes to downtown, the studio is the ideal combination of rustic and urban. Roomy 36 square metre living/sleeping space with fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Wake up to bird calls and soft light illuminating leadlight yacht "Calypso". Breakfast on cereals, fruit, fresh milk and bread with quality condiments. Parking available for boat/trailer/caravan if needed.

Manna vale farm

Welcome to Manna Vale Farm, a tranquil retreat in the heart of the Adelaide Hills, just a scenic 40-minute drive from Adelaide. Located within 6 kilometers of Woodside and minutes away from renowned wineries and restaurants such as Bird in Hand, Barristers Block, Petaluma, and Lobethal Road. Our beautiful studio apartment is positioned away from the main residence ensuring privacy at all times. The studio overlooks a beautiful lake with its own island accessible via a bridge.

Ovenden Lodge Guesthouse

OVENDEN LODGE offers dog-friendly accommodation, in a self-contained "granny flat" surrounded by open paddocks at the southern entrance to historic Gawler. With its ponies, birds and chickens, it is a quiet, private retreat for 1-2 adults, complete with cedar hot tub and sauna. Unfortunately, due to the ponds and animals on the property, Ovenden Lodge is NOT suited for children. Dogs and ponies are welcome by individual prior arrangement.
