Beautiful spacious farm house on the Walsh river just 95km from Cairns. Perfect for a group or family getaway wanting complete privacy. Cook your pizza in an authentic pizza oven or canoe on the river. Black Swan farm is the perfect spot to unwind with a bottle of wine and a fire next to the river. The bird-life on the river is absolutely stunning and if you are a keen fisherman, make use of the handlines and catch a black bream. Pets are welcome to enjoy the property too. Great family spot.

The Cubby Luxury Nature Retre

From the modern luxurious interior, you can soak up nature at its finest. The platypus, other waterlife and birdlife are visible from the breakfast / cocktail bar as well as from the bathtub or outdoor shower. The biggest decision you will need to make is which vantage point to enjoy. Set on 40 Private acres, "The Birdsnest" is our modern air-cond smaller cabin. It is open plan living/bedroom with q/size bed and sofa that converts to double bed for extra guests. Seperate bathroom and undercover large deck with stunning rural views. Private river safe swimming hole. Free wifi, flat screen TV. We do have 2 other cabins on the property to accommodate larger families or groups. 7mins from Paronella Park. Due to Covid 19 we are no longer providing breakfast.

Mission Beach Farmstay

Daily rate is for a couple using the king bedroom. If you want to use an extra bedroom, it is $30 per person per night. Book at the extra person rate. Modern cottage in traditional Queenslander style, just a few minutes drive to the beach, to cafes, restaurants and retail shops. Relax on our organic fruit farm with stunning views to world heritage rainforest. There are little touches to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Plenty of room for families.

FNQ Blooms Tropical Flower Farm Lodge

Our Tropical Flower Farm is a 52-acre property situated at the foothills of Mt Bartle about one hour drive south of the Cairns International Airport. We grow an extensive variety of tropical Heliconia and Ginger for use in the Australian Cut Flower market. Our farm is completely self-sustainable. We have a waterfall that generates our power through Hydroelectricity and gravity-fed water from a natural spring.
