Studio 13 is a private residence completely separated from our house. It is located amongst giant native trees in a family friendly neighbourhood. You will find many parks nearby and will be walking distance to the local supermarket, bus, train station. Guests are spoilt for choice at the broad range of local restaurants within walking distance. The studio is a comfortable two-bedroom studio each with their own en-suite and has a fully self-contained kitchen, bar table and lounge room.

When you do feel like some fun Sorrento beach or Hillary's Boat Harbour is a short walk away with ~60 shops & restaurants + kids beach and other activities Or take a stroll along one of Perth's best walks, West Coast Drive (or rent an electric scooter available for hire along the way!) Plenty to do and see, right on your doorstep.

A self contained studio located in a North Western suburb, Duncraig. Guests have a separate access to the studio and parking on premises. The studio is a brand new, modern, open planned space, seperate to the main house. It has a full kitchen, bathroom with shower and laundry facilities. It has a queen bed and sleeper couch (portacot available on request). Please also note that we have a friendly Labrador on site.
