5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Das Chalet liegt auf 750 m ü. M. oberhalb von Schwyz, direkt unter dem schönen Hausberg Mythen. Es ist ein über 200 Jahre altes Heimatschutzhaus im Originalzustand mit ganz viel Charme und Schweizer Geschichte. Erhöht über dem Tal habt ihr herrliche Ausblicke auf Berg und Tal, besonders bei Sonnenaufgang und Abendrot. Der Platz strahlt Ruhe und positive Energie aus. Da es keine Nachbarn gibt, geniesst ihr Privatsphäre und absolute Ungestörtheit. Perfekt zum Abschalten und Auftanken.

Dating back to 1470, this wonderful chalet has so much charm and character. In 'Casa Felice' you will find quiet and calm. The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. An ensuite bedroom and a separate bedroom / living area. There is also a garden where you can request to use to BBQ and enjoy the sun. Parking is available in the nearby carpark.

Upstairs living room with sleeping area, downstairs kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable equipped garden. Extra cost of 15 euros per day for heating in cold seasons (I know it seems expensive, but it is due to the recent increases in the price of energy: the heating is oil-fired and is very efficient, with 5 radiators). Davos-Sertig, Ferien in der Natur

Unser Haus ist abgelegen im ruhigem Naturschutzgebiet im Sertigtal. Im Winter direkt über die schwarz-markierte Tiefschneeabfahrt vom Jakobshorn zu erreichen. Im Frühling, Sommer und Herbst genial zum biken. Wanderwege, Langlaufläupe gehen beim Haus vorbei. Busstation ist unten am Haus. Da Davos ein Kurort ist, muss eine Kurtaxe entrichtet werden. Diese beträgt 5.90 pro Tag und Person ab 12 Jahren. Die Kurtaxe wird vor Ort beim Check-In eingezogen.

Unser Ferienhaus (Chalet Sagentobel) ist zwar schon alt, aber sehr gemütlich! Der rauschende Bach und die unendliche Stille, wenn es schneit, sind wahrlich spezielle Erlebnisse im Chalet. Moderne Technik (46" Flat Screen TV, 50Mbit WLAN, Radio) und Elektro-Öfen in allen Zimmern treffen auf das Jahrhunderte alte Holzwerk mit einem rustikalen, mit Holz heizbaren Kachelofen.
