Je hebt lekker je eigen plekje waar je kunt vertoeven met leuke koffietentjes en restaurantjes op fietsafstand. Perfecte plek als je wil genieten van de rust & de natuur, wil wandelen/ fietsen of om vanuit te werken. Je bent welkom om lekker te genieten.

Deze karaktervolle straat zit vol met unieke boetiekjes, verborgen kunst en inspirerende galerieën. Het centraal station is op loopafstand en binnen één minuut sta je tussen de gezellige restaurants, koffietentjes en barretjes. Ook het Groninger Museum en de bioscoop zijn vlakbij. Of je nu komt voor cultuur, culinaire hotspots of het bruisende stadsleven: hier ervaar je Groningen op z’n best!

A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Deze unieke en romantische accommodatie ligt in de grachten van Groningen. Vrijstaand overnachten middenin de stad maakt het een onvergetelijke beleving. De woonboot is heerlijk licht van binnen met uitzicht op de singels en van alle gemakken voorzien. Parking is possible in the neighborhood, and there is a parking garage nearby (Q-Park Westerhaven).

De studio "De Noot" is compleet, sfeervol en luxe ingericht en bevindt zich in een landelijk gelegen woonboerderij, op loopafstand van openbaar vervoer, aan de rand van stad Groningen. Een fantastische plek om als uitvalsbasis te benutten, te werken of tot rust te komen. Er zijn 2 fietsen beschikbaar voor gasten. Er is een groot groen erf en een boomgaard. We hebben: kippen, haan, een paar schapen en een lieve hond (stabij). 0verig: is op de begane grond, gratis parkeren.

Come and spend the night in my spacious ground floor apartment dating from 1906 with French doors facing the garden! The apartment has its own toilet/shower and a small kitchen. You have a choice of beds, a comfortable queen size bed, single bed, loft bed and a sofa bed. The city center is close by, just like the museum and central train station. Don't hesitate to ask if you require a child's bed, or if you want to bring your dog; nearly everything is possible!
