The property has a separate ground-level entrance located at the back of our home and the apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a full-sized stove, fridge and microwave, everything you need to cook a meal, and a table and chairs for dining.

Separate entrance ! This large 1 bedroom basement apartment is very new and fully furnished . Large bathroom , large bedroom , great size living room and an eat in Kitchen. Lots of windows and very light and bright and doesn’t feel like a basement. This a beautifully finished and appointed basement apartment ! It has a day bed with 2 single size beds for an additional 2 guests . Very close to many amenities !

The Wellington Suite

Our basement suite has a separate entrance through the garage. We are located at the north end of Fergus, a 5 minute drive to down town Fergus and 8 minutes to down town Elora for shops and restaurants. 8 minutes to the Sports Plex where the Scottish Festival, and other events are held. 5 minutes to the Elora Gorge. We are pet (Dog) friendly. Please enquire if you want to bring a pet other than a dog.
