The house sleeps six and features a sauna, BBQ, jacuzzi, and a well-planned living space with floor-to-ceiling windows that bring the outdoors in. Forest garden apartment Kulloviken

Our lovely annex was build in 1968, few years later than the main house where we live. It has been fully rennovated to accomodate a full kitchen, bathroom and a living area with a double bed and a vintage couch. We wanted to bring back some of the farmhouse charm with wood floors, raw tiles and a good twist of rural mystic. The kitchen was hand made from scratch to perfectly take you to a past now forgotten. The modern utilityes are there for your convinience, without breaking the spell.

Annet is equipped with central heating and air condition and insulated to be used year around so it is warm and cozy even when it is cold outside. Ship has finnish sauna, possibility to swim in the sea straight from the ship and has all accomodities needed to have relaxing time.

This unique villa fits perfectly to families or several couples. The house is from 1960ies, and represents Alvar Aalto style. There is a separate sauna building with wood burning stove - after the sauna you can chill on 70 sqm terrace and grill yourself a nice dinner listening to the birds singing! The surroundings of the house are very appreciated and calm - however, the bus stops are located only a few hundred meters away! It takes ca 30 minutes to travel to Helsinki City center.
