You’ll love my place because of It's proximity to fine dining, entertainment, convention center, Spectrum Health, Van Andel Arena, and Frederick Meijer Gardens. The Suite is a cozy place to rest from your travels or stay while you visit family/friends. Away from the bustle of downtown, yet only a 10 minute drive to all the venues in the Grand Rapids downtown area. It’s a small but well stocked suite, separate space in the front of our home. Tanger Outlet is 1 mile away for convenient shopping. There are a number of restaurants close to choose from. Continental breakfast provided ( plant based) hot/cold cereal, bread, fruit, coffee bar.

Everyman's House in Westnedge Hill

Located in Westnedge Hill right on the edge of downtown. Just 1.5 miles to the heart of downtown Kalamazoo. It's a 1926 Colonial with a rich history. Well taken care of and very loved. The house has 2 bedrooms up stairs and a 3rd on the main floor. Wood floors throughout. Has a semi private deck off the back for relaxing with a small fenced in back yard under a canopy of trees. Everyman's house has been declared a Historic Home in Kalamazoo.

Our home is located on a beautiful 2.5 acre wooded setting. We have hiking trails around the woods and a beautiful lawn to sit outside and enjoy. Our location can't be beat! We are 20 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids, 20 minutes from Gun Lake Casino, 20 minutes to the airport, 35-40 minutes from Lake Michigan, and 25 minutes away from Yankee Springs Recreation area. The entire lower level is set up as a private space for you to enjoy.
