Welcome to our peaceful and unique urban farm cottage. We are located in historic Florence, Massachusetts (a part of Northampton). While our place is no longer a working farm, the cottage was created many years ago to support the main dwelling. It has been modernized to offer every comfort while maintaining its cozy aesthetic. Free parking & lighted access to the cottage. The cottage is a private space where you can come and go as you please. Relax and unwind or head out to explore the area!

Situated about one mile from the Connecticut line, there is quick access to Rte. 91. Bradley International Airport is a 15 minute ride in light traffic. The Basketball Hall of Fame, MGM Casino, Dr. Seuss Museum, Six Flags, The Big E, Springfield Symphony Orchestra, just a few of the area attractions. Great restaurants and grocery shopping nearby.

If you enjoy cycling the bike path abuts the back of the property! Quiet neighborhood, pet and kid friendly one block from downtown Florence. Look Park is a mile down the bike path. Plenty to do if the weather is not cooperating. Fully appointed kitchen to make cookies, home made ice cream, plenty of games and records.

This beautiful and sunny 1 bedroom apartment is perfect for your stay in downtown Northampton, Massachusetts. It is walking distance to the Amtrak train station, all downtown restaurants and venues. Perfect for a stay to visit Smith College. You will find the beautiful claw foot tub perfect for relaxing after a day spent in the beautiful Pioneer Valley. This fully furnished apartment has a full kitchen, full bathroom, new furnishing, queen sized bed and its own entrance.

Tree Top Suite, cozy downtown apartment

This is an entire apartment, close to downtown. It is on the third floor, so you will have to walk up two flights of stairs. Because there are dormers (peaked areas in the ceiling), especially tall people might feel a little cramped in this space. There is a king size bed in the bedroom, a living area that includes a kitchenette, dining area, seating area and a smart TV with a fire stick, and a large bathroom. Outdoor seating on the front porch is for your use only.

South Quarter House

Built in the early 1800s, our renovated farm house can accommodate families and friends comfortably. This 1600 square foot home can keep everyone together: three large bedrooms upstairs and an optional fourth downstairs. Large backyard and deck made for outside fun. Two full bathrooms, laundry, large farm table with seating for 10, and a full kitchen. Plenty of options for hiking at or near the house. (Sorry, we are not able to host weddings.)

Cozy Brick House in Chicopee

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The unit is part of a two family duplex house. You and your family will have the entire unit to yourselves. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. The living room has a TV, fireplace, and Netflix. There is also a fenced in back yard with a patio and outdoor dining area as well as a firepit. The house is also pet-friendly.

Welcome to The Creation Station. I am your host John. The Creation Station was built with love and care by me with my friends and family. Amenities? Pool, jacuzzi tub, projector, giant deck and a stage with sound system, drums amps and karaoke input. The most unique amenity though is The Enchanted Forest. A lit trail surrounding the property. Includes 2 bedrooms, bathroom, open hallway, and a combined living/dining/kitchenette area (no sink). Pet-friendly, updated, and comfortable year-round. Accessed via the back staircase; only the entry/hallway is shared. 3rd and Top floor is strictly for guests only. Just 5 min to I-91 and Pike, 15 min to Northampton 15 min to Big E.
