Hayloft

Welcome to the Hayloft - a fantastic studio flat above the main home’s house with private access via a spiral staircase and private balcony with far reaching views over the sea and downs - just right for relaxing in the evening as the sun goes down. Perfect for short breaks and longer stays - close to the ferries and hovercraft - with private parking and access to buses just down the road. The flat is on the edge of the village and surrounded by farmland. The owners garden has regular visitors from the local ducks and moorhens. The area also has several buzzards and if you’re lucky at night you’ll see bats and barn owl. The garden is patrolled by our elderly boxer, Freckles, who loves to meet and greet our visitors and we have also started keeping bees at the bottom of our garden - a safe distance from us humans. The village has enough shops to keep you well stocked and there are several farm shops worth visiting within 5 miles. In addition there are several walks that you can take from the flat which will take you to the nearby beach and past the pub on the way home. Spacious loft by the sea with off road parking

My place is a very nice top floor flat of a historic building with original features, very spacious and bright. It is located in one of the most beautiful and lovely areas of Southsea, with the sea and a wide beach at only 300 yards, beach cafes, tennis courts and a magical Rose Garden. The flat has a big kitchen with all appliances and the room has a firm mattress. That's all that you need :) Couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups are welcome.

The Coach House Apartment

The Coach House apartment is newly converted , self contained with a fully equipped kitchen , beautifully fitted bathroom ,double bedroom and double bed on the galleried mezzanine level with vaulted ceiling creating a loft style. It is fully heated ,has fibre optic wi-fi , streamed TV, and a Sonos speaker for music - you will need the app ! The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy. Outdoors it sits in a courtyard of buildings in 14 acres of grounds. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

We have a lovely and very private studio in a quiet rural location just a few minutes walk from the busy village of Overton. The Studio is warm, cosy with its own en-suite bathroom, tea/coffee facilities, and has its own private access and parking. The location is ideal for Bombay Sapphire Distillery, Oakley Hall, walks on Watership Down, visits to the Whitchurch Silk Mill and of course Steventon, the birth place of Jane Austen. Overton has numerous pub, restaurants, coffee shops for meals

A self-contained studio flat on the first floor of an oak-framed barn in the heart of Owslebury village, a stone’s throw from The Ship pub. It has a kitchen and dining area, bathroom with shower, and a living space with a large double, or twin beds. The kitchen includes a two-ringed hob, fridge, combi-microwave,kettle, coffee machine and toaster. There is off-road private parking just outside the property. EV charger - 22kW type 2 - available on request (extra charge for electricity used).

The Sail Loft, Cosy, Peaceful walks by the Seaside

The Sail Loft, is among a small selection of 20 or so similar property built in the 1950's located on a secluded, quiet private road. It is a short stroll to Beachfront and Coastal Paths of Langstone Harbour & shoreline, which look across the Harbour to Chichester and the Southdowns. It is a peaceful place to relax and recharge or an ideal base to Sail, Bicycle, Kite Surf, Fish or Simply Watch the incredible selection of birds, seals and wildlife attracted to the waters edge.

Lovely one bed flat with free parking on premises

A small but perfectly formed one bedroom flat in a rural location. The Annex has a small kitchen with hob, cooker and microwave. There is a table for eating. One double bed and a shower room. We have good broadband and there is parking on the property. The village has a great pub within walking distance and plenty of lovely walks. We are about 11 miles from Winchester and 3 miles from Jane Austen's Chawton. Our stairs into the flat are steep and narrow.
