Chalet 21 has 2 bedrooms downstairs and one in the above balcony room with bath. The property has a 12-acre fishing pond (bring your own life jackets), playground, beautiful seasonal swimming pool, tennis courts, sand volleyball, 9 hole putt putt course, ping pong in recreational facility. The home features 4 bedrooms, large living room with wet bar, spacious kitchen, 2 bonus rooms for family entertainment, pool and hot tub. The home will accommodate 16 people comfortably. If approved, we will allow additional guests at a cost of $20.00 per night per person which will be charged after booking.
