It`s extremely green with its ground source heating, sits in the grounds of Orchard Cottage/Orchard Nursery with a paddock and a small terrace garden. A large open plan living-dining-kitchen area makes it an ideal retreat for a family or group of friends. The Barn is a cosy, detached property set in a rural location on the edge of a village. It is conveniently located for exploring Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, Cotswolds, Ragley Hall. It is surrounded by farmland with access to many beautiful footpaths. The Barn comprises of a kitchen and lounge/diner downstairs and 2 bedrooms and a shower room upstairs. There is private parking for 2 cars. Outside there is a patio area next to The Barn and a secluded patio at the bottom a large mature garden.

We are situated within a stone throw of the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon.
